Minimum Trade Fee
All trades on Thalex have a minimum trade fee of $0.0001. In other words, any trade for which the trade fee would be lower than $0.0001 is rounded up to $0.0001.
Future Rolls
The Future Rolls trading fees are calculated as of the formula below and apply to all to both BTC and ETH as the underlying.
Future Rolls trading fee = 5% × Rolls Mark Price
The fees charged are split equally between trades in each leg of the Futures Rolls contract.
Bot Strategies
All trades executed by Bot Strategies, including the Grid Bot, Delta Hedger, and Delta Follower, are charged a trading fee of 1 basis point (bps) for both maker and taker orders.
Fee Tier Changes
Every day, around settlement time, we will apply the correct Fee Tier to your accounts based on the combined trading volume of all your accounts in the past 30 full trading days. Tier 2 fees will be applied from the first day after your trading volume has exceeded the >$50 million threshold. If your 30-day trading volume falls below $50 million, the next day, tier 1 fees, will be applied again. Trading days start and end at 8 AM UTC.
