To withdraw virtual assets from your Thalex account, follow these steps:
1. Log in: Log in to the Thalex Trading UI.
2. Navigate to Wallet: Click the customer icon in the top right corner and select Wallet.
3. Go to Withdrawals: In the Wallet section, select Withdrawals.
Note: If you use sub-accounts, make sure you have selected the correct sub-account before proceeding.
4. Choose Asset: select the virtual assets you want to withdraw.
5. Set Amount: Enter the withdrawal amount (or select one of the percentage shortcuts).
6. Enter Address: Fill in the destination withdrawal address.
Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance from the currency you are withdrawing to cover the withdrawal fee.
7. Complete the Withdrawal: Click Submit and fill in your 2FA.
Once the blockchain has processed the transaction, funds will appear within your chosen wallet. The transaction process time is dependent on the corresponding blockchain and can be impacted by network congestion.
