Why is my deposit or withdrawal not visible

If your deposit or withdrawal is not visible to you, please do the following:  

  1. Check the deposit or withdrawal status under Deposits or Withdrawals in the menu of the upper right corner. If the transaction is not confirmed, the deposit or withdrawal has not reached your wallet (yet). Please note that it takes some time before transactions are processed on the blockchain.  
  2. Check if you entered the correct wallet address. 
  3. If you still encounter issues, please contact us by sending an e-mail to support@thalex.com.
