You can manage your details by selecting 'Personal details' in the upper right corner. In this menu, your password, e-mail address and phone number can be changed. For changes to other personal details, please contact Customer Support by raising a ticket.
Changing your password can be done through the following steps:
- In the upper right corner, select 'Personal details'.
- Click on ‘Change password’ in the Password section.
- Fill in your current password and your new password. Optionally, you must fill in your 2FA. Make sure your new password meets Thalex’s password requirements.
Changing your e-mail address can be done through the following steps:
- In the upper right corner, select 'Personal details'.
- Click on ‘Change e-mail’ in the E-mail Address section.
- Fill in your new e-mail address and your password. Optionally, you must fill in your 2FA.
