How can I change my personal details

You can manage your details by selecting 'Personal details' in the upper right corner. In this menu, your password, e-mail address and phone number can be changed. For changes to other personal details, please contact Customer Support by raising a ticket.

Changing your password can be done through the following steps: 

  1. In the upper right corner, select 'Personal details'. 
  2. Click on ‘Change password’ in the Password section. 
  3. Fill in your current password and your new password. Optionally, you must fill in your 2FA. Make sure your new password meets Thalex’s password requirements.

Changing your e-mail address can be done through the following steps: 

  1. In the upper right corner, select 'Personal details'. 
  2. Click on ‘Change e-mail’ in the E-mail Address section. 
  3. Fill in your new e-mail address and your password. Optionally, you must fill in your 2FA.
