How do I report an unauthorized transaction or login

Check the login attempts of your account by completing the following steps: 

  1. In the upper right corner, select Security.

  2. Under Account Activity, you can see the sign-in time/date and related IP activity with respect to your account. Check whether the IP addresses and logins correspond with your own activity.   

  3. If you suspect unauthorized activity, please change your password and, if needed, other personal details.
