If you are contacting Customer Support, it is helpful to have your customer number ready. You can locate it directly within your account page:
1. Log In: Log in to the Thalex Trading UI.
2. Navigate to Account: Click the customer icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Account.
3. View Customer Number: Your customer number is displayed in the top-right corner of any of the Account pages.
Note: Your customer number starts with a ‘C’ followed by six digits (for example: C123456).
