How to create an individual account

To start trading, you will need to create an account on Thalex and complete our verification process successfully:  

  1. Go to thalex.com/exchange/sign-up or click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the upper-right corner of the screen. 
     
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password (see password requirements). Your location has been prefilled based on IP address - please check that it is correct. Please note that we cannot offer our services to you if you reside in an Excluded Jurisdiction.
  3. You also have the option to enter a referral code if that is applicable.
  4. Read our Terms of Use and all other legal documents and confirm that you have read, understood and acknowledge them by clicking the checkbox.
  5. You should receive a verification e-mail. Please click on the button in that email to verify your e-mail address. You can also click on the URL link under the button.  If you have not received a verification e-mail, please see here.
     
  6. You have now completed the first step of the sing up process and can now verify your account to start trading.
